Reputable insurance defense litigation firm is looking for a First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation Associate with 2 years experience in First Party Property DEFENSE Litigation to join their team!

REMOTE IF YOU HAVE FIRST PARTY PROPERTY DEFENSE EXPERIENCE!

We have a beautiful office in Boca Raton but you can work 100% remotely.

IDEAL CANDIDATES will have 2 years of first party property litigation DEFENSE experience ON FLORIDA HOMEOWNER'S PROPERTY DAMAGE CASES.

JOB DUTIES: defending high-value cases from initial pleadings, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, mediation, and trial. Preparing with expert witnesses for depositions, taking expert witness depositions, meeting with clients, responding to demand letters, court hearings, substantive motions, preparing and arguing MSJs, complex legal research & writing, status reports to carriers, settlement negotations, and managing all files assigned to you. Should have lots of experience with depositions of parties, corporate reps and adjusters. Trial experience a plus and will increase your salary!

MUST be currently admitted to practice law in FLORIDA.
