DKN Paramedical Services is Hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist/MA (C) Near Hazleton, PA

MOBILE PHLEBOTOMIST/MEDICAL ASSISTANT -INDEPENDENT SUBCONTRACTOR
HAZLETON AREA IN PENNSYLVANIA
JOB DETAILS:

The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, collecting urine, EKG and medical history
Must be willing to travel to client's location for appointments
Paid per appointment/service, this isn't an hourly or salary-paid position
Paid twice a month and no taxes taken out
Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples mentioned above as required
Accurately labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, documentation of health histories
Maintaining accurate client records, which includes detailing any medical issues experienced by clients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of the test results

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must Pass a Urine Drug Screen & Background Check
Proven Experienced Phlebotomist
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Knowledge of HIPPA/PHI law
Detailed-oriented/sound organization skills
Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to details and penmanship
Reliable transportation
Must be computer proficient, have internet access, a printer/scanner to print & scan uploaded completed documents.
Must supply own BP cuffs ( reg. & large). Stethoscope, scale that goes to 360 lbs., clipboard, metal tape measure, and centrifuge if possible
