Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Assistant to join our team. As a DaycarAssistant you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their social, emotional, and intellectual development. Responsibilities:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson and activities to stimulate children's learning and development

- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore, play, and learn

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

- Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility daily.

- Observe and document children's behavior, progress, and milestones

- Collaborate with other daycare staff to plan and coordinate daily activities

- Preperation of nutritional meails daily.

- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and supervising children during meals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting

- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices

- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously

- First Aid/CPR certification is preferred/but will assist in getting training.

- A certificatein and a High School diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
