- Federal Accounting Systems (e.g., Oracle Federal Financials, Momentum)
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
- System implementation experience (system development life cycle (SDLC) and independent verification and validation (IV&V)
- Federal financial audit
- Audit readiness
- OMB Circular A-123 Reviews
- Compliance Reviews
- Federal Accounting Operations
- Grants Management Specialists
