What You Will Do:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:

- Rotate through various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the store operations.

- Train, coach, and develop sales staff across different departments to ensure exceptional customer service.

- Be responsible for managing daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.

- Support sales by cashiering and restocking shelves as necessary.
