- Process Incoming Bid Invitations and Plan Sets
- Utilize and Manage Vendor Database for Plan Distribution & Pricing
- Assess Bid Documents and Perform Quantity Takeoffs
- Assemble Estimates & Proposals
- Work with Project Manager on project buyouts and material purchases
