Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Residential Real Estate closer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the closing process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for both buyer and seller. This professional will prepare and review closing documents, including settlement/closing statements, CDs, setting up wires, check writing, document preparation and post closing. The position requires good written verbal communication, good organization skills and a proactive individual.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience as a real estate closer in a law firm setting.
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance principles and concepts
- Experience with contract review and closing documents
- Knowledge LandTech and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with lender requirements in real estate settings
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in real estate or financial services is preferred
