PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT:

The position of Contract Beautician works to a style hair consistent with residents request and preference. He/She:

• Identifies and responds in a timely and sensitive manner to the needs of the residents receiving beauty services
• Supplies chemicals to achieve permanents, relaxers and color in a continuously competent manner
• Promotes friendly and positive atmosphere in delivery of beauty parlor services
• Has knowledge of chemicals and processes used in the service

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience as a beautician or barber
• Prior experience in a healthcare facility preferred
• Proof of Liability Insurance
• Licensed by the State of Ohio in cosmetology
