We are seeking a reliable and dependable person to help maintain a clean and safe and organized enviroment in our shop, office and restrooms. Your primary duties will include industrial cleaning, office cleaning, restroom cleaning and facilities maintenance. You will be expected to help with both the organization and appearance of our facility.

Duties:
- Operate forklift to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the facility by addressing any maintenance issues or reporting them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Maintain inventory of plant supplies , safety supplies and tooling.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work with hand and power tools, as well as operate a forklift. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar labor-intensive role is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Skills:
- Proficient in operating a forklift safely and efficiently helpful
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning helpful
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
