Who You are : You have great communication and strong customer service skills. You work well with a team and independently.

You have excellent work ethic. What You will be responsible for : Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.

Identifies delinquent customer accounts, contacts delinquent customers to request payment, schedule follow-up with customer while logging all correspondence with customers.

Monitors accounts receivable and cash receipt reports. Maintains and updates customer files and relays changes of information to appropriate employees.

Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested. Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the staff.

Attend scheduled meetings with management regarding delinquent customer accounts. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs, service titan experience preferred.

Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times. Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Authorized to work in the United States.

At least five years related experience required. Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
