To join our team, you will need:
- RN license to practice in the state
- Minimum of one year of RN experience, hospice experience strongly preferred
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (RN Case Manager);
Great office - Director has - longevity, stability, compassion
- Patient and family centered care
- One on one interaction wherever the patient calls home
