Looking for an Amazing barista that will fit well with our team!

We are looking for someone with coffee experience that is goal oriented - that will help build the business.

We have positions available at this time that each require someone who is dedicated and has extreme attention to detail!

Each cup of coffee is a work of art, each customer is extremely important and deserves our best every single time, and we take pride in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Wage plus tips $$$ ... ((**owner allows customers to tip you on credit card sales!** ... unlike many other cafes/stands/etc in which customers must bring cash or you don't get tipped))... Tips taken home same day :) ... plus you won't be working with a lot of other employees, so no sharing tips with a bunch of other people! They're YOURS!

These are drive thru coffee stands with a fun, fast paced, high energy envirionment.

Qualities needed — motivated... responsible... reliable... organized... punctual... energetic... fun... people person... multitasker!

Must WANT to work & be willing to cover shifts. Shifts vary weekly. Shifts include afternoon and weekends. Typical afternoon shift starts at 11:00 or 12:00. Possible morning shifts available when needed.

Position is for long-term ! We do not hire for just a couple months of employment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, lattes, and teas
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the cash register
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Prepare and serve food items such as pastries & hot food items
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee drinks
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and credit card system
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling of food products
