Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Upsell additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks
- Prepare bills and process payments using the cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or a related role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food preparation methods and kitchen safety procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with POS system or similar software is an advantage
