Remote-Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities & Duties
Key responsibilities as a BCBA include:
Develop, evaluate, and modify behavior programs/treatment plans and/or goals for a caseload of clients with various developmental disabilities, and/or severe behavior problems.
Attend staff meetings and professional development meetings
Qualifications and Skills
A Master's degree
Paid time off (fulltime employees)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Full time Pay: $85-$90 Per hour.
Part Time Pay $85-$90 Per hour.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to the required standard
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BCBA Certification
Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB, Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Treatment Writing, Session Notes
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate
Remote/hybrid supervision/parent training capabilities
Full Time is 25 Hours
Part time choose your own hours
License/Certification:
BCBA Certification (Required)
Maryland LBA License will be required (It will take approximately one month to receive your license from application submission)
