We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner for weekend short term rental cleaning. This is an idependent contractor (1099) position only. You must have your own supplies and vehicle. This is part-time, Saturdays and Sundays.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Short term vacation rental/ turnover experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Have your own vehicle

- Have your own cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, sprays, etc.)

-Work effectively under time restrictions

-Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas within residential properties.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and materials safely and effectively.
- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions provided by clients
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management, commercial cleaning, custodial services, or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and experience with residential cleaning procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks effectively.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or cooking is beneficial.
- Ability to sanitize and maintain cleanliness in various environments.

What this position will look like:

-Arrive at property by 11:15 AM, follow a cleaning checklist (wash linens/towels on-site if applicable)

-Finish turnover by the time stated by the client so that the next guest is not kept waiting ( check-in is usually 3PM)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
