Progressive compensation plan offering up to $15.50 within 3 months abs once fully trained. Family owned and operated Specialty Donut Store seeking hard working, honest and reliable team player for longterm part-time or full-time position. The ideal candidate will be punctual, willing to learn/follow precise recipes and possess the ability to work independently in a quiet setting. Must have the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Availability to work overnight on weekdays and some weekends is a requirement. Must have reliable transportation. No major food allergies please. Some baking experience is preferred. We are willing to train committed individuals with strong work ethic who are seeking a long-term career opportunity. Position will be based in Cape Coral location. Baker shifts will start at 4pm - 4:30pm and end between 11:30pm - 2am.
