• Morning Shift: 6 AM - 6PM
• Night Shift: 6PM - 6AM (with $1.50/hour night differential)

Main responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting Product Failures: You'll be responsible for identifying and diagnosing any failures or defects in our products. This involves thorough investigation and analysis to pinpoint the root cause of the issues.
• First Line of Defense: You'll serve as the first line of defense against product failures, with the authority to halt production if necessary to prevent defective products from advancing further in the manufacturing process.
• Root Cause Determination: Your role will involve delving deep into the manufacturing process to determine the underlying causes of product failures. This is essential for implementing effective corrective actions and preventing recurrence.
• Communication with Engineering Team: You'll collaborate closely with our engineering team, relaying your findings and insights to facilitate timely resolution of product issues. Your input will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement and enhancing product quality.
• Extensive Troubleshooting: This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a keen attention to detail. You'll need to be adept at analyzing complex systems and identifying subtle defects to ensure the highest level of product quality.

Basic Requirements:

Education:

• Associates of Applied Science in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Alternatively, Military Maintenance Training Certification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience in Electronics.
• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical or electronics components.
• Proficiency in reading schematic diagrams.
• Proficiency in using different test equipment.
• Experience in soldering printed circuit boards (PCB) and cable connectors.
