What part will you play?Working in the Engineering department, the ESS Commissioning Engineer will interface with Diversified internal resources to support the essential job duties listed below. These duties will be fulfilled by interacting with the Diversified Business Development, Operations, and Engineering departments, as assigned, for security system deployment, implementation, and commissioning as well as various other support tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal resources to drive completion of projects. This position reports to the ESS Engineering ManagerWhat will you be doing?Work closely with engineering and operations resources to prepare, implement, and complete final closeout on assigned projects.Lead and direct operations resources in troubleshooting and resolving system errors and malfunctions.Work with Project Managers to coordinate and communicate project status regularly.Manage assigned engineering projects and tasks.Display effective time management skills while working on multiple projects of varying scale and complexity.Perform programming, software configuration, and end user training on various supported systems, including but not limited to:Lenel, Genetec, Gallagher, S2, Brivo, DMP, Bosch, Milestone, Eagle Eye, OpenPath, AVAMaintain project documentation Assists with or performs administrative tasksExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organizational skillsWhat do we require from you?Strong Customer-Facing SkillsStrong Written and Verbal CommunicationSelf-MotivatedTroubleshooting and Creative Problem-SolvingMultiple Security Certifications preferred for industry knowledge.
