What part will you play?

The Digital Content Services Team is looking for a Digital Content Delivery Manager. The Content Services team is responsible for providing leadership of the Content Management and the Content Creative team. The Content Management team will QC of content asset files, scheduling. They also troubleshoot content issues in partnership with AV and IT team. This team is also responsible to troubleshoot content issues that could arise and need escalation to the creative engineering team. The team's manager is responsible for planning, scoping, scheduling, reporting and effectively managing the deliverables for a team of highly creative technical members, serving as the daily contact for internal and external resources. This person will represent the capabilities of the team and work with Sales to properly scope deliverables.

What will you be doing?

• The Digital Content Delivery Manager will refine the documentation and processes that empower the Content. As part of a larger technology team, you will collaborate with the AV and IT Engineering support teams to troubleshoot any escalations along the way. The Manager will continue to ensure that all client relationships are maintained correctly and lead the effort in guiding all clients to successful strategies.
• Implement and Complete Client run books for content delivery.
• Team utilization, time tracking and workforce planning ensuring the quality of Content Services for a variety of clients and projects. The manager is expected to track workload, time management, hour reporting, issues to resolution, understand SLA and contract requirements to be executed and delivered against with team members.
• Responsible for the fulfillment of the client SOW requirements, as it relates to the talents and skills needed to deliver. Responsible for delivery of services with On Site personnel and partners when required. The ability to onboard new employees and service providers is required.
• Help grow Diversified's Service offerings and cost model by providing expertise in transforming client requirements into actionable operational trackable deliverables that feed.
• Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and lab equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Media Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads).
• Assist in pricing the delivery of the service solutions for RFPs, standard proposals, and quotes. Ability to write SOWs for sub labor and backfill. Ability to manage contractor, SOW's, project management when required determine internal vs. external asks of the team.
• Provide insight, coaching and professional development to team to enhance knowledge and technical skills. Employee development and mentoring of professional goals for individual contributors.
• Provide overall management direction for projects and be accountable for project results.

Physical Working Environment/Location:

• On Prem to start -Diversified office -Kenilworth NJ, Hybrid
• Role requires the ability to move 50-75lbs of equipment as needed.
• Travel/Mobility necessary.

What do we require from you?

Education/Certifications:

• 5-7 years in a Digital Signage, Creative Digital Content, Productions, or associated, technology managerial role or similar is required.
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, CTS, A , MS-Certs are an assets.

Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of Digital Signage Content Management Systems and Digital Experiential Content creation, CMS applications, programing, creative content processes
• Graphic Design, Broadcast, Video Production, Concept through Creation Production Process is considered mandatory.
• 3-5 years leadership of technical service personnel P&L responsibility
• Experience with recruitment, employee management, and general HR concepts preferred.
• People leadership skills, technical capability, professionalism, self-motivation, self-discipline, focus and attention to detail.
• Experience managing a technical creative team.
• Working knowledge of SOWs, Contracts, Managed Services and Deliverables is a major asset.
• Experience working within a ticketing system and managing service tickets/incidents (ConnectWise/Service Now).
• Ability to organize and schedule work & personnel effectively.
• Excellent communication, planning, time-management, and follow-through skills
