Responsibilities : As a Welder, you will be responsible for the following :

• Welding Operations : Perform welding operations using various processes such as MIG, TIG, and ARC to fabricate or repair metal structures.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Material Preparation : Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping components to precise measurements.
• Quality Control : Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of welded structures, identifying and rectifying any defects.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Equipment Maintenance : Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, including engineers and fabricators, to achieve project goals and timelines.

Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have :

• Proven experience as a Welder, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of welding projects.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a welding environment.
• Welding certification is a plus.
