- Oversee the daily operations of oil and gas wells
- Ensure that production targets are met
- Monitor and maintain all equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
- Train and supervise junior operators
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance
- Communicate regularly with management and other team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lease Operator in the oil and gas industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call as needed
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
