Accounting Clerk

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE:

• Apply cash receipts daily. Reconcile Monthly cash.
• Scanning of A/R invoices into computer system
• Filing of A/R invoices.
• Review A/R invoices for accuracy.
• Backup A/R as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

• Scanning of A/P invoices into computer system
• Filing of A/P invoices.
• Code all invoices with account numbers and period to cost.
• Enter invoices for accounts payable when needed (usually at month end).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Good eye/hand coordination. Good vision and hearing.
• Good writing and reading comprehension skills.
• Good telephone communication skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
