Responsibilities:
- Provide wraparound facilitation services to individuals and families in need
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and strengths of clients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client goals and objectives
- Coordinate and collaborate with other service providers to ensure a holistic approach to care
- Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing necessary resources and support
- Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience working with individuals and families in a wraparound or similar setting
- Knowledge of gender issues counseling, art therapy, and psychopharmacology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
