You will have the primary role of managing one of more North American Institutional product formulation portfolio. You will interface with Marketing portfolio management to identify product needs, implement portfolio-driven product changes, and maintain the formula data record in our Product Life Cycle System (PLM). You will also be responsible for product formulation, cost savings projects, raw material qualification, test method development, supply chain support and technical customer support. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an expert understanding of portfolio formulations, efficacy tests, and the regulations governing their use in North America. You will be responsible for understanding QC methods and analytical tests used to characterize formulated products, performing appropriate performance tests (cleaning, compatibility, etc.) to determine product suitability for proposed applications, and creating and maintaining the portfolio formulation record in PLM with a high degree of accuracy. Qualifications You have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related degree You have 1 years of formulation of Personal Care and Building Care products. You have knowledge of cleaning chemistry and materials used in industrial and institutional cleaning products.
