Role: Sr. C Embedded Engineer

Location: 7001 Development Dr, Morrisville, NC - 27560 (Onsite, locals only)

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract, to be renewed depending on performance
Who are we looking for? 3 to 5 years' experienced software engineers to write, debug and test embedded Firmware. Manage and maintain firmware build tools, manage builds, and release Firmware to test as well as recreate and fix problems reported by the test team. Duties may include code development, unit testing, debugging, and customer support for technical issues.

Mandatory Skills:

• PLDM (Platform Level Data Model) experience
• some level of experience in CUDA Toolkit
• Server Domain Exp (Someone worked on Lenovo, Dell, HPE, Client hardware will have an advantage)

Technical Skills:
•Experience in Embedded firmware development.
•Programming experience: C/C , Python and Bash.
•Strong Experience in Systems Management ( BMC ) and/or embedded processors.
•Good to know I2C and IPMI protocols.
•Good to have experience with Linux operating system.
•Working knowledge of Linux Kernel programming and Linux driver development.
•Proficient with Git source version control system.
•Intimate knowledge of software development processes expected.
•Knowledgeable of Agile methodologies and tools.
•Proficient Problem-Solving Skills:
•Strong analytical and debug methodology skills expected.
•Proficient at recognizing complex problems related to functional objectives.
•pplies creativity and judgment to developmental work on different projects within the business environment.
•nalyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures, or processes.

Process Skills:
•Proficient with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
•Experience building and testing automation tools for infrastructure provisioning.
