Role: SDE (Supplier Development Engineer) - TPM (Technical Program Manager)
Location: MTV, CA (Day 1 Onsite)
Role Description:

• Drive module resource/build planning and communicate manufacturing process development plans, schedules/milestones and readiness by consolidating SDE's (Supplier Development Engineer) information for all electrical, electromechanical modules and/or mechanical parts of a product line.
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation plans, prioritizing activities and influencing internal teams and vendors. Anticipate problems and formulate efficient solutions for the given circumstances so as not to impede progress of the project.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program/project management, supplier quality, or manufacturing process development, successfully launching new products in contract manufacturer environments and/or module factories.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, proven influencing/negotiating/relationship-building skills.
• Must be a self-starter with problem-solving, integrity and attention to details, willing to work with a global cross-functional team under a versatile environment.
• Good project management skills are a must. Working knowledge of process/product development, quality or statistical tools are a plus.
