Functional Testing (desktop) includes evaluating the effectiveness, thoroughness, and accuracy to include: 1. Test Case Validation 2. Test Data Preparation 3. Execution Verification 4. Defect Reporting
Six months experience for each QA candidate Working experience as System/Quality Assurance Tester with experience in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience working with DevOps Analytical skills to describe and design complex business processes. Ability to understand and address all high-level business requirements. Collaborate with both functional and technical specialists in the Fit/Gap analysis Assist with post deployment verification and UAT activities. Ensure that the solutions and data sources are appropriately integrated and functional. Continuously validate that the solution will satisfy the customer's requirements. Prior Experience with ADA (Accessibility Testing) and Mobile Testing is a plus. Prior experience on functionality testing and GUI testing is a plus. Should have knowledge in Microsoft Office tools. Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business focused environment. Accuracy and attention to details Ability to effectively communicate information to individuals and groups. Proficient using Windows and MS Office applications. Additional Requirements - for testing approach Accomplish end to end testing to ensure end-user experience, the look and feel and user interface behavior remains consistent across all major combinations of Browsers & Devices defined below. Browsers & Devices in scope: Windows (7/8/10/11) on MS Edge & Chrome Mac OS on Chrome & Safari Mobile OS on devices: IOS on iPhone & iPad and Android phones Application Functionality: End-to-End applicant experience of various exam types on various devices including integration with other systems. Portrait & landscape orientation on devices The testing cycle needs to be conducted multiple times on multiple environments (like QA, UAT, Integration, staging etc.) depending on the test results, count of bugs reported, and other requirement compatibility of the system.
