Job Description:
- PeopleSoft HCM experience in Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Core HR including aligning business requirements with technical functionality.
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor rules, table structure and Time Admin processing to effectively manage and resolve rule inconsistencies and incorrect calculations.
- Troubleshoots all payroll technical issues independently, partnering with the PeopleSoft technical team as needed.
- Intermediate to expert level SQL knowledge
- Previous experience with PeopleSoft HCM system HR/Payroll integration.
- Knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQRs, App Engines, and SQL updates.
- Ability to adapt well to changing requirements and deadlines
- Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements
- Ability to translate complex technical details into everyday language
- Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of hands-on SQL experience
- 6 years of HCM Payroll/Time and Labor/ Absence experience
- 2 years of success in delivering products and value within an Agile-development framework
