Title: Oracle Sales and CDM Cloud BSA with strong technical and functional knowledge on Oracle CDM cloud

Location: Chicago, IL(Onsite)

Experience: 9 Years
Required Skill Set:

• Oracle CDM BSA who can design an overall solution architecture and product-specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients.
• Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution.
• Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services.
• Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes-related to Customer/Supplier data hub.
• Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations
• Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate.
• Experience in Documentation and Workflows
