Title: Mainframe QA
Location: Tampa, FL

Job Description:
Qualifications :

• College degree, preferably in information systems or compute science
• Minimum of seven years of relevant development life cycle experience in systems and application management including systems/application design
• 3-5 years of QA experience, preferably in a financial services environment
• Basic understanding of US Liquidity business
• Strong teamwork skills
• Experienced in COBOL/Mainframe technology

QA Analyst is responsible for:

• Working in conjunction with the Business Analysis and Development teams to ensure that applications meet requirements and are of high quality.
• Reviewing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to Understand the functional and technical requirements in order to test the application and verify those requirements are successfully met
• Executing test scripts and document defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results.
• Designing test procedures, maintenance procedures and configurations
• Creating detailed test cases and scripts, works with Business Analyst to determine requirements are captured correctly
• Working with the development team to analyse and resolve defects
• Interaction with business users
