Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our chiropractic practice. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Provide support to the chiropractor during patient treatments and therapies
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care instructions
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and physiology
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems
