This position will be responsible for direct day-to-day support of the enterprise QlikSense platform end users, addressing Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident and response tickets, provisioning licenses and onboarding new users, as well as guiding end users through the capabilities of the platform to maximize the user experience through scheduled and impromptu support sessions. This position is also responsible for providing platform administration, maintaining deployed solutions and operational support to the enterprise platform. Candidates must be willing to work nonstandard work hours in the event of production deployments, changes, and upgrades to minimize disruptions to the end user experience Anticipated tasks include, but are not limited to:

Education:
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related technical discipline. A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the above disciplines equals one-year specialized and two (2) years general experience. An additional year of specialized experience may be substituted for the required education.
