Divergent, Inc. is looking to fill a full time position in our Associate Marketing & Sales Manager role and our management training. We are looking for individuals that are career focused with an upbeat personality and outstanding people skills to manage the campaigns in our office. The positions are all entry-level and are ideal for someone with experience in the restaurant, bartending, or retail industries! Entry Level Marketing & Community Outreach Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and new acquisitions directly in an assigned territory, over the phone, or through email
• Experience of working within a demanding fast-paced environment to very high standards.
• Generate leads from customer referrals.
• Book appointments with various decision-makers at all levels.
• Acting as a liaison between client and customer - follow up with contact and maintain the relationship.
• New business development.
• Provide top-notch customer service at all times.
• Marketing strategies and techniques.
• Our training is designed to focus on the individual, using your strengths to help build up your weaknesses. Promotions are based on how quickly you grasp information and your ability to mentor other individuals, not how long you have worked in our offices. This position does involve conducting sales orders, working with customers on a daily basis, and local market research.
