The Vice President of Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of the DiVal Family of Companies. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President of Operations will be responsible for re-enforcing our Values and Culture while driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the seamless execution of our business strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote the Company's Safety Culture.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with DiVal's overall objectives.
• Support and promote continuous improvement and process optimization.
• All warehousing, logistics, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving functions of supply chain.
• Manage Site Leases and Company fleet.

Professional Skills and Requirements:

• Line by the DiVal Core Values
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with field service technicians or warehousing logistics with a multi-site company.
• The ability to travel a minimum of 5 days per month.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable vehicle record.
