Contract - 06 Months (Potential to convert full-time)
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- The main functions include sorting checks, keeping payroll records, taking inventory, and distributing mail. Act as an information and communication distributor for an office.
- They will be responsible for working/filing within a pre-staging area as well as within their file vault.
- Inventory of the files received. Paper spreadsheets will be used for tracking of files
- Identifying of documents - Will be pulling out documents to determine what kind of mortgage document it is (typically listed along the top).
Top Must-Have Skills
* Mortgage experience a plus (for easier understanding of the documents)
* Ability to lift 40 lbs. and up
