The ideal Team Member willbe capable of managing uncertainty, willing to push the limits, and takesownership in their surroundings. We will provide the training and development youwill need to feel confident in your position and ready to serve our guests everyday. We take pride in our customer service and its up to you and your team tocreate that experience that our Guests expect from us. BOH Team Member CoreResponsibilities:

• Greeting guests of District Tacoand seeking out those who are waiting or need assistance
• Keeping a positive attitude andhealthy enthusiasm for interactions with guests
• Assisting guests with the menu andaltering them to potential dietary conflicts
• Resolving customer service issueswith the aid of your manager
• Answering restaurant phones andtaking the occasional phone order
• Providing support to your fellowTeam Members whenever needed
• Maintainingthe cleanliness and care of our lobby, restrooms, and patios
• Organizing ofstorage areas and unpacking shipments to maintain proper rotation
• The washing of equipment andsmall-wares items
• Bringing foodto customers/expo stuff

BOH Team MemberQualifications Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English
• Stronginterpersonal/people skills
• Highlevel of motivation and sense of self-responsibility
• Abilityto apply and maintain standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and personalhygiene
• Abilityto demonstrate outstanding customer service skills on an ongoing basis
• Bephysically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath
• Standand/or walk for 8 consecutive hours
• Usestomach and lower back muscles to support the body
• Coordinatemovement of several parts of the body, such as arms and legs, while the body ismoving
• Holdthe arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm
• Lift,push, pull, or carry heavy objects for long periods without getting tired
• Lift50lbs or more on a regular basis
• Workefficiently in a variety of hot or cold environments (e.g. refrigerated areas,close to cooking
• equipment,etc.)
• Workas quickly as certain tasks demand
