Job purpose

The role of the Paint Protection Installer is to independently apply paint protection film to any vehicle at a professional level. The installer is responsible for all aspects of the job including, but not limited to cutting patterns, film removal, setting up and running necessary equipment, decision making and problem solving. Additionally the Installer understands different film qualities, benefits, characteristics, and applications.

Duties and responsibilities

• Be able to install film at a professional level and capable of completing jobs in a timely manner
• Independently handle all aspects of the paint protection job
• Be able to make recommendations based on customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Bring a positive attitude to work everyday
• Ensure the team as a whole is successful by being willing and able to help other team members with shop projects and duties

Qualifications

• MUST have experience in Paint Protection installation
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of reliability, accountability and initiative

Position will be 40 hours/week

Salary: $28 to $35 per hour

Hourly rate depends on experience and will be assessed during working interview
