- Sales Arborist will meet with clients to assess their trees/landscape, address any issue or concerns they have, and educate clients about proper tree care standards.
- Write detailed proposals with recommendations for specific tree care needs
- Ability to Estimate time/cost for crews to perform tree removal, pruning, plant health care, and all other tree care services
- Follow up and communicate with clients about any questions or concerns
- Oversee production team to ensure that the work order is clear and executed completely.
- Find new opportunities for commercial clients
- ISA Certified Arborist, or willing to acquire
- Excellent Work Ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented and be able to work within the guidelines of the organization
- Goal oriented
- Sales arborists work on a commission structure and will be part of a sales team. Compensation is directly related to the motivation of the individual and the ability to work well with others
- Hourly pay $23-$25 plus commission.
