We are partnering with a top New Jersey firm to help grow their “Tier 1 Best Law Firms” corporate practice. This firm has a big law feel in the sophistication of the work, whilst still retaining a collegial workplace. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years’ experience in a top corporate practice, with a focus of financing and M&A.

The firm has cemented itself in the New Jersey landscape for over 50 years. They offer the opportunity to represent a wide array of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to exciting start-ups.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years in an established corporate practice group.
• A comprehensive understanding of financing, M&A, financing and joint venture transactions.
• Experience managing relationships with clients.
• NJ or NY bar, with both being a bonus.
