Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm with flexibility to work outside of business hours occasionally, as needed 
The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our Inspired Closets team! Are you a proven leader? Do you enjoy helping others? As an Inspired Closets Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Inspired Closets Rhode Island operates smoothly and effectively. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the company and help to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
One main responsibility is to gain a thorough understanding of the entire Inspired Closets process, from sales to production. This involves learning about the challenges faced at each stage and developing effective solutions to overcome them. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting data and pricing analytics to ensure accurate job costing and sales reports.
Improving the processes used by the sales and production teams is also a key part of your role. In order to streamline day-to-day operations for increased efficiency, you will need to identify areas for improvement and present your ideas to the General Manager for process enhancement.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations
• Effective decision making skills with proven leadership capabilities
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in a variety of software programs, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a good driving record
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred

 Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Streamline day-to-day operations for increased efficiency
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Work with all departments to have a comprehensive understanding of all systems and processes 
• Identify bottlenecks and weaknesses within processes; research, create and implement solutions
• Data and pricing analysis to ensure accurate job costing and sales reports
• Research and implement new software platforms
• Assist General Manager with additional projects as assigned
• Coordinate company events held within the Inspired Closets showroom
