What You’ll Get To Do:
Reporting to our Customer Support Manager, this is an on-site, full time, exempt position. The organized, self-motivated, individual in this position is responsible for overall customer satisfaction and the success of each client/customer project assigned.
In this role you’ll get to:
  • Work closely with clients, Sales Reps, and various internal departments to effectively initiate and manage new and revised projects
  • Perform functions such as client order receipt, order review, pricing review, job creation, and order entry
  • Review customer contracts for pricing and inventory management.
  • Develop project plans and keep all customer projects on schedule and within the estimated budget
  • Document and maintain customer information in databases
  • Follow safety guidelines and company Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Uphold a superior level of communication skills and teamwork approach thinking
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Associates degree from a college or university in the field of sales, marketing or business and/or relevant work experience
  • 3 or more years customer service experience in a manufacturing setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 or more years plastic packaging experience preferred
