Dismuke Law is Hiring a Personal Injury Legal Assistant Near Lakeland, FL
- Answering incoming telephone calls and redirecting the call to the appropriate staff member
- Greeting walk-in clients and visitors
- Scheduling client conferences and drafting texts or letters to the client to inform them of the date and time of the conference
- Opening and distributing incoming mail
- Monitoring fax machine for incoming documents
- Assisting paralegals and case managers with tasks, such as sending requests for medical records, medical bills, health insurance liens, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
