What you will get to do:
- Staff the front desk by welcoming customers and guests, answering phones, managing office inventory, and assisting DISHER team members when needed
- Create and publish our weekly DISH newsletter highlighting new hires, birthdays, team member resource group happenings, and other company related events and activities
- Facilitate 30 and 90 day check-ins with team members to keep a pulse on company culture
- Participate in our Connections Team to help brainstorm and facilitate monthly team engagement events
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects related to areas of Talent Management
- Plan and prepare for bi-monthly All Staff meetings which includes scheduling meetings, placing lunch orders, and reporting on attendance
- Jump in to assist your teammates with on-the-fly tasks related to Finance and HR
- College Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, Communication, Hospitality (or similar field) required
- Previous experience in the service industry such as retail, restaurant, etc. (preferred)
- Strong communicator
- A team-based and creative approach to problem solving
- A keen sense of urgency
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (preferred)
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without sponsorship
