Tosca source and providepallets retail displays crates for transport dollies and bulkcontainers to some of the biggest businesses in the UK and globallysuch as Primark Asda Aldi Coca Cola Britvic and Princes and manymore.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

The keypurpose of the Commercial graduate role is to work within theCustomer Service team to provide exceptional communication datainsight and problem solve with customers.

You will be the firstcontact for existing customers but also new customers where youwill need to provide support with onboarding review account statussupport customer audits and account checks with the finance team

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITES :

Key point of contact forcustomers both on the Telephone and via email.

Assist customers with support on how to usethe online system and provide support when placing orders.

Problem solving for customers anticipatingchanges in demand and supply

Tracking data to ensure high levelsof quality of service delivery.

THE INDIVIDUAL :

Toscoare looking for an engaging ambitious and confident individual tobe able to build professional relationships with their customersdaily.

Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail will beimportant when it comes to carrying out end account checks toensure invoices have been raised correctly.

Tech savvy to be ableto use the systems accordingly and to be able to help customerswhen using the systems. Ideal for an articulate selfmotivated andorganised individual who t has had some retail logistics orcustomer facing exposure would be advantageous.
