Discovery Ranch, a leading residential treatment center in Utah, is seeking Residential Advisors to join our team at our Choices Community in Provo, Utah.
The Choices Community is a short term observation, assessment and stabilization facility. We want individuals who are highly experienced and qualified to work with adolescents struggling with behavioral regulation.
As a Residential Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with our students, helping them to develop grit, resiliency, new skills and advance their personal growth.
You will be part of a supportive team who are committed to helping adolescents heal mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Your job will be to hold strong boundaries while developing healthy positive relationships. These relationships will help you connect, teach, and advise the adolescents at the Choices Community.
Discovery Ranch combines the power of traditional and experiential therapies, to create a clinically sophisticated, relationship-based setting that promotes growth and healing.
Responsibilities
Full Time or Part Time $17-20 / hour DOE
Working Shifts :
Monday-Thursday (4-10's) : 10 : 30PM-8 : 30AM
Friday-Sunday (3-10's) : 10 : 30PM-8 : 30AM
