As a Valet for Gozzer Ranch you will be part of creating the Gozzer Ranch Experience. You may be asked to perform other tasks (outside of your key areas of responsibility) from time to time based on business needs. Your key areas of responsibility are outlined below:

Key Area #1: Member Experience and Vibe

• Greet our member and member guests promptly upon arrival
• Always provide our member and member guests prompt and professional service
• Exceed member and member guest expectations
• Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing our Gozzer brand behavior and genuine hospitality
• Give personal attention and take personal responsibility for a member and member guest experience

Key Area #2: Teamwork

• Work intentionally to include all co-workers
• Support golf professionals when needed
• Create good working relationships with ALL Gozzer Employees
• Maintain a courteous attitude toward ALL Gozzer Employees
• Be ready to do anything and everything that is asked of you in a timely manner

Key Area #3: Daily Operations Valet

• Use daily log to track all vehicles, passengers and bags that come through valet
• Communicate with multiple locations and departments to ensure timely service
• Transport to and from Lake Club, Lake Shore Lodge, Clubhouse, Spa and Red Barn
• Keep all club vehicles clean, stocked with appropriate supplies and maintain fuel levels
• Anticipate member/guest needs
• Communicate with outside service to coordinate arrivals and departures for Members/Guests golfing on property
• Keep the valet locations organized and clutter free
• Fire burning all day long and ensure firewood is properly stocked
• Coordinate with Res Services about car wash services
• Work with Food and Beverage staff to keep apprised of reservations and when departures are expected
• Good understanding of facilities and residence to assist with food deliveries

Key Area #4: Daily Operations Golf

• Ensure that you are greeting and engaging members whenever you encounter them so you can provide excellent service
• Cart Barn Management:
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bag storage area
  • Maintaining a clean and organized utility room
  • Keep up with daily laundry
  • Coordinate with team members about transporting golf carts to new cart barn
  • Daily golf cart services including detailing, storage, and preparation
• Practice facility management including:
  • Daily set up and break down of range tee
  • Communicating with the starter to organize groups to get them to the first tee in a timely manner
  • Picking and cleaning range balls
  • Maintaining a clean and professional environment
  • Proper usage of range picker including driving appropriately, slowly, and ensure gas is adequate
• Cart Staging and Cart Return:
  • Ensure Members/Guests are properly greeted as they come off the golf course
  • Maintain cleanliness of carts and golf clubs
  • Communicate with valet to coordinate arrivals and departures
  • Work with the cart barn to ensure proper cleaning and storing of golf carts
  • Responsible for keeping cold and hot towels fully stocked and fresh

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

• Drivers License Required
• Comply with Idaho State Health and Wellness regulations
• Possess basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work effectively with all personality types
• Ability to understand and carry-out verbal and written instructions independently
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations correctly
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, morning, and nights
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and temperatures to include inside and outside areas
• Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis and up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis independently or with help
• Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying.
