This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Veale Ranch, set outside of Fort Worth, Texas.

Veale Ranch is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination:
    • Assist and collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
    • Maintain customer and prospect databases and assist in CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and complete including prospect tracking, sales activity and closing processes.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and sales presentations for the sales team and management.
    • Keep detailed records of all written and verbal communication with prospects.
    • Coordinate tours of prospects at project, including accommodation, transportation and any other services as appropriate.
    • Serve as main administration contact for sales office and project.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, tours, and maintaining documents and files.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.
    • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist Marketing and Member Experience in the planning and execution of events such as large sales events, member events, roadshow dinners, etc.
    • Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, materials, and staffing.
    • Track event expenses and maintain budgets.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate communication between sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and information flow.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Manager, designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create marketing collateral.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Other:
    • Be a part of the member, prospect and guest experience on tours and events which may include some form of operations role from time to time in concert with the Member Experience department.
    • All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-8 years of experience in a real estate-related industry (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience with CRM entry and/or real estate contracts;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
