YOUR SCHEDULE AS A CHILD BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST - BT

Our full- and part-time schedules offer flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work required to accommodate client needs.

YOUR DAY

As a full- or part-time Child Behavioral Specialist - BT, your primary responsibility is to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2-18 in various environments such as homes, schools, or centers. Throughout the day, you will collaborate closely with our expert team to implement behavior intervention plans, meticulously collect data on client progress, and offer consistent support and encouragement during therapy sessions. Your dedication and expertise play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills and achieve their personal goals.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Experience working with children in special needs or mental health settings
• Experience in related roles such as DSP, paraprofessional, behavioral health technician, mental health technician, behavior technician, or social worker

A strong ability to provide 1:1 interaction with children is preferred!
