This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule.
Picture your day as a Certified Behavior Analyst at Discovery ABA! You'll begin by coordinating and providing program services under the guidance of the Regional Clinic Director. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of direct services. You will also build strong relationships with guardians, setting the stage for future learning and independence. Collaborating seamlessly with our interdisciplinary team, you'll ensure continuity of care, providing staff training, mentorship, and RBT supervision.
