Discoverers Learning Academy is a small business in Kissimmee, FL. Our goal is to Provide quality early childhood education for children ages 1 to 5 years old.

```Duties:```
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide daily care and supervision for children, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the daycare facility
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a positive and supportive team environment

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Note: A degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid certification may be necessary depending on state regulations.
